🎯 Goal:

The campaign aimed to:

  • Promote an exclusive $250 OFF wheel & tire package

  • Highlight 25% OFF Fittipaldi wheels for a limited time (July 3–8)

  • Encourage bookings for alignments and wheel repair services

  • Increase in-store traffic to Mesa and Gilbert, AZ locations

  • Drive conversions through a dual-channel approach (Email + SMS)

📧 Email Campaign:

We designed a bold and visually engaging email layout to maximize clarity and urgency:

  • Hero Offer Banner: $250 OFF Wheel & Tire Packages

  • Call-to-Actions: Financing and booking buttons (“Click to finance today” & “Book a time”)

  • Service Promo Section: $99 alignments + 15% off wheel repair

  • Visual Showcase: Highlighted three wheel types (Mirror Coat, Gloss Black, Machined Forged Ring) with savings

  • Contact Info & Links: Clear local call-in numbers and URLs to website and financing

📲 SMS Campaign:

The SMS served as a quick, high-converting alert:

  • Message: “ICECREAMS WHEELS AND TIRES — 25% OFF in-stock Fittipaldi wheels — July 3–8 only!”

  • Purpose: Drive urgency and direct traffic to store or website

  • Improved engagement and booking activity observed across both Mesa and Gilbert stores

SMS Metrics:

  • 📤 Sent: 6,492

  • 📬 Delivery Rate: 89.4%

  • 🔗 Click Rate: 62.4%

  • ❌ Unsubscribe Rate: 1.3%

These numbers indicate a strong interest and conversion potential, especially considering the click-through rate of over 60%.
