🎯 Goal:
To grow the Instagram account of a fashion e-commerce brand through a clear and effective social media strategy. We focused on:
- Building consistent brand storytelling through visuals
- Boosting reach and engagement via Reels and influencer UGC
- Growing followers and traffic to the website via targeted ads
- Establishing organic discoverability in fashion/lifestyle niches
🚀 Results:
Reels drove 77.6% of all visibility, while follower growth was exponential — mostly from non-followers discovering boosted and organic content.
🧩 What I Did:
✅ 1. Strategy & Content Plan
- Defined pillars: “Product-focused Reels”, “Styling videos”, “Unboxing”, “Aesthetic moodshots”
- Created a visual content calendar and batch-edited content for 2–3 posts daily
- Designed styling moodboards to match brand tone
🤝 2. Influencer Collaborations
- Recruited micro influencers from Europe (UK, France, Spain)
- Provided creative briefs and tracked engagement via tagged content
- Focused on aesthetic storytelling vs. traditional product shots
🎯 3. Ads & Boosted Content
- Promoted selected Reels to cold & warm audiences (93.9% of views via ads)
- Targeted non-followers using interest and lookalike segments
- Monitored ad CTR and reach to optimize creatives weekly
